PHYSICAL HEALTH4-5 minute read

Don't think of it as a to-do list. Think of it as a ta-dah list.

When you prioritize your health, you're not just checking a box. You're taking charge. Just like everything else in your life.

As women, we are so busy that we sometimes neglect ourselves and our health. So we created an easy way to keep track of the women's preventive care screenings you should consider getting each year.1 (Discuss them with your doctor first, of course.)2

Check the appointments you've done and schedule what's next. Then give yourself a high five. (Ta-dah!)

Mental & Emotional Health

Self-Care
